You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation,

Bolstero will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Site or any activity being conducted on this Site. You agree, further, not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search this Site other than the search engine and search agents available from Bolstero on this Site and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g., Microsoft Explorer, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome).

Use of this Site constitutes consent to such monitoring. This Site may be unavailable from time to time due to mechanical, telecommunication, software, hardware and third-party vendor failures. You may use our Product & Services only as permitted by this Agreement and any applicable laws. Don’t misuse our Product, Materials & Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Product & Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may discontinue your use of any Service at any time by removing the relevant code from your Properties.

Bolstero will never pass on your Credit Cards/ Debit cards Details. The Bolstero website uses Razorpay secure payment Gateway to process your transaction, so you can buy in confidence. Bolstero will never store your debit/credit card details. You Can Place the order by login/Signup to your account or as a guest user.

Certain limited access portions of the Site require a user ID and password (“Protected Areas”). You agree to access Protected Areas using only your user ID and password as provided to you by Bolstero. You agree to protect the confidentiality of your user ID and password, and not to share or disclose your user ID or password to any third party. Your access to the Site may be revoked by Bolstero at any time with or without cause. We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features of the Product, Material OR Services at any time, and we may suspend or stop a Product, Material OR Service altogether.

We may modify the Agreement at any time. We’ll post any modifications to the Bolstero website Terms on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and generally will become effective 14 days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you don’t agree to any modified terms in the Agreement, you’ll have to stop using the affected Services

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Website or any products sold through the Website (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). In addition, we make no representation that the operation of the Bolstero Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors
